    Arno Linken mounting Question

Here is the deal i have a pair of 188 Arno's currently mounted with rossignol 180pros and they have ben mounted once before that with tele bindings but i am not sure what kind and i would like to mount the linkens on them... but i was looking at them today and the holes seem to match up with the linken mounting points so i am assuming that they were originally mounted with linkens...... but i have had these skis for a while an have been skied alot and the holes look pretty nasty they have been filled but ..does age effect the holes or am i just thinking about it to much because i am really bored today...or could i drill them forward alittle???

I'd probably drill them forward a little just to get a clean hole but... that's just me. BTW- that will be a fun as hell setup. I have some 194s + linkens that I love and my new alpine rig is 194 flames + 997s :firedevil:

The Linken toepiece has the same hole pattern as Rottefella's 4-hole pattern, but I think one of them puts you a little more forward than the other (like a cm or so). Hole pattern for heel pieces is different though.

Not sure if the Linken's were out when that ski was new.
