It's like bizarro world over there. A few people popped up to say they liked powder, but he didn't get the searing zingers he would have received over here.

I just like a slight coat of loose snow with Fro Granular underneath or courduroy better
Is that the cool way to say frozen granular?...sound like death cookies to me.

what shocked and appalled me wasn't the initial post, or the fact that the person didn't get tarred and feathered....but that so many people agreed.

"Your post reminds me of a miserable day I had at Killington a while back. It had dropped a foot overnight. Once it got cut up a bit, I was struggling. I was hating the fact that it had snowed." --retiredat40 (maybe taken a wee bit out of context)

    That's my favorite.

I think "flame away!......." may be a hidden clue!
Scientists now have decisive molecular evidence that humans and chimpanzees once had a common momma and that this lineage had previously split from monkeys.

    Those folks are on crack.

Hell 99% of my time is on hard pack and 3 different colors of ice. But when ever i get a chance to get into some powder, I'll take that hands down, I don't care how cut up it is or how big the bumps get.

    edit: cus I spelz gud.

all i know is that when you've been skiing east coast in unforgiving conditions and you come out west, you rip, other than that, living on the east coast sucks

I love powder. I've been spoiled this year. On monday I skied about 8 inches of fresh on top of hard pack and I was thinking it was just not enough. I needed more! Deeper!

to each his own I guess but damn I dont understand anyone who calls themself a skier but doesnt lust for the deep.
