Long time lurker and finally getting the balls to make a post.

Was out practicing beacon searches the other day and I’m wondering about different types of scenarios.

Did the single beacon (consistently found in less than 2 minutes in a 40M x 40M field).

Did the multiple beacon searches (consistently found 3 beacons 6 minutes without turning the found beacons off)

Simulated deep burials by putting beacons high in trees

We spent a good few hours running through these. I was thinking about building something to put a beacon in to practice probing when we have snow in Calgary.

Any ideas????
