    That sucks.

Try calling BCA or just fill this out and send them in:

I made the mistake of buying naxo's.....once. Were they the NX21's? If they were the 01's I'd send a note to BCA, maybe they will send you some NX21's and hopefully those are better. If it was the 21's that blew up, I'd still try to warranty them then sell them immediately. Do you want to post-hole through fresh again while you watch your bro's kill it? When I had them I could not believe the torsional slop in the binding ski interface and was thankful to break the heel piece, return them, and invest in some freerides...

I've only heard of this happening to the first gen Naxo. Are you sure you have the N01?

The first two years of Naxo's faced the same problems, only the newer befier version is immune to these issues as the parts with various issues where redesigned.

Sweet, I filled out that RA form. XCLNT. Will report back....when they upgrade to the 21's!!!!!

BTW...these were the 01's. Strange twist of fate that SAC had NAXO's at such a killer deal the day i was trudging through knee deepers. FACK

I have three pair of the 2nd year Naxo's all have at least 20 days on them with no problems.

The first gen naxos had that problem. I had a pair break and there were replaced with newer o1. They lasted for over 100 days in the backcountry including spring ski trips with 80 pound packs. I traded them in for the new 21 wich are great(so far.) definitly alot better preforming binding

If for some reason you don't get hooked up from Naxo, which I am guessing you will. I have a brand new NX01 never been mounted that I was going to use as a spare until I unloaded my Naxos. I blew out 2 NX01s earlier this year, they were last years model. 1 of those times was the toe piece, the other was the heel. BCA wanted $130 to upgrade to the NX21s so I just sold my set and bought Freerides. BCA is really good on warrantees, but from what I have heard is pretty stingy on the upgrades. Everyone with NX01s wants the NX21s so I understand where they are coming from.

COOL...I JUST WANT "A" BINDING TO LAST ME THROUGH JUNE. I'M HOPING THAT THE TURNAROUND ON THIS DOESN'T LAST FOR A MONTH.

I'M BEGINNING TO UNDERSTAND ALL THE ANTI-NAXO SLANDER ROUND THESE HERE PARTS. WHEN, I MEAN IF, I BLOW OUT ANOTHER PAIR OF NAXO'S...IT WILL BE MY LAST....PLUS FREERIDES SOUND WAAY COOLER, AND REALLY, THAT'S WHAT'S IMPORTANT.

Fooookin' no Naxo problems here for a few years. Bottom line: when you huck and shit like that, no AT binding holds up for that long.

Yeah, I would give you the one I have if it comes to that but it's the first year one and I wouldn't want anyone to use it as anything but a spare or if someone was light weight and didn't ski hard. Which, if that is you, all yours.

As a response to all those experts that tell you not to buy Naxo - Don't ever buy Lang boots. I had a pair in 1980 that gave me shin bang so bad I couldn't walk. I'm sure they've made absolutely no improvement in the boots since then.

Point - Freerides break too. Normally at the mounting plate under the toe. And the Naxo's a totally cooler than the Freeride.
Whew thanks mang I almost was gonna buy some Langes......

    Technica sounds far cooler anyhow.......

I've skied in Lange boots for 12 years now and rarely get shin bang. The reason why people get "Lange bang" is because they ski and land jumps backseat. If you don't do that, you won't get shin bang. It's as simple as that.

I think that I sensed a hint of sarcasm in Bullets comment.....
