weather, snow,Ut, & 10 year cycles

So all anyone can compare our recent snow year to is 93.
If I hear one more person say "ain't been like this since 93"
& in 83 we had such a huge snowpack that the run off flooded the city

ya hear people gab about 10 year cycles & anecdotal eveedunce shows a cycle of about that length.
