    Tramdock & The 916's

As I've seen elsewhere on here, I didn't get the wide brakes with my new 916's that just arrived. The ad said they came with the wide brakes but stock ones arrived.
Tramdock credited my credit card $20 (the assumed cost of some brakes that fit) and let me keep the stock ones with little resistance. I like these guys.

Tramdock/Backcountry are a pretty kick ass bunch of folks. I bought a pair of ANTs and less then a week later they dropped the price. I called them up and they credited me the difference.

i emailed too and they told me to send them back the bindings if im not happy with them. I cant complain that much, cause its still a sick deal for the 916, but false advertising is false advertising and business is business. Fat brakes were supposed to be part of the deal, they didnt show and Im kind of bugged that they arent emailing all of the buyers with a discount, credit, or at least an apology.

    I hate all of you.

Well, I got a pair of new P18s for $100 this year. And I got near new 916s on Buy it Now for $30 once. So I guess I can't complain too much.

I once got a blow job from a fat, one legged hooker for $3.23 in change and half a chili dog, so I definitely can't complain.

    Thank you Tramdock!
Remind me. We'll send him a red cap and a Speedo.

You got the BJ from Tramdock? I really need to search their website more carefully.

[padded room question] What did you do with the other half of the chili dog? [/pr?]

Tramdock/Backcountry just finished their big President's week sale over the weekend. I prolly should have posted a msg to everyone bout it, but was too busy skiing.

I managed to snag a pair of 06 K2 PE's for $279 .... great deal esp when you factor in the free shipping.

Hey, I missed that. If you want to get rid of your 916's, I've got my own Fat brakes and I'd be happy to take the binding off your hans.
Actually, I ski skinny skis as I just bought a pair of DV9 's for 15 bucks, and they were still in the plastic. Pretty sure stock brakes fit a 45mm waist

Tried to get a refund on the fat brakes, was told if I didn't like what I got they would pay shipping back to them and give me a refund. If you want that $20 brake refund you might need to start arguing loud.

I'm not complaining at all, just sharing my experience. It was a great deal that I got and I didn't have the heart to go after them hard for the lack of wide brakes.
