looking for an east vail chute guide sunday 1/4

I have my own avie gear and know how to use it and I can hold my own on the mountain. I just wanted to tag along with some maggots tommorrow who can show me the goods. Ive never skied the east vail chutes before and I would really appreciate the hookup. Beers on me at the end of the day? Its saturday, my pass is valid again starting tommorrow (sunday) and Im coming up. Let me know where and when to meet and I will be there. just let me know if skins / trekkers are neccessary.

fyi, there's WAY more than 13 inches up there in the untracked spots; been snowing up there all week.. shhhhhh

p.s. definitely some soft slab formation of new snow on old in the back bowls, stuff is pretty loaded there, so be careful if you do head into the E Vail chutes...

Evil- I'd be down if you wanted to skip Sunday and go Monday the 5th. I'm DEFINITELY going there soon, I'm just beat up really bad from the last three days in Summit. Been skiing the backcountry around there, scored 2 foot deep freshies again today, but I'm pretty banged up. Let me know, I'd LOVE to show maggots the goods back there. Anyone else is invited.

Evil-will you be driving up from Denver both days? I live in Silverthorne, possible carpool there?

Would you be down for doing a little filming back there? I have a DV Camera. I'd like to get up there with you super early so we can get in at least 4 loops, hopefully more.

yeah, driving from denver both days. I dont want to deal with the east bound traffic tommorrow night, but theres a lot of snow and thats the price you pay living in denver.

I can give you a lift and i dont mind filming one bit

it will be nice to ski for the cam for a change instead of being behind it. Im editing the silverton footy i got a few weeks back and wading through it. Im familiar w/ silverthorne where do you want me to pick you up? and what time?

if you want i can get some footage of you too.
