My old roomate is on T.V.

I was half asleep watching this lame, Sci-Fi drama on NBC. "Surface"...and my roomate from College, Ian Dale, pops on the screen. So I google searched his name and found out he was the token, Japanese pitcher, "Fukuda", in Mr. 3000 with Bernie Mac.
He also has a collection of guest appearances on some other Network Series-type shows.I thought he did a pretty stand-up job in Mr. 3000, considering the Cheesball status of the flick.
Real nice kid too. Super humble and down to Earth. I never would have pegged his personality as the Johnny Hollywood type. Anyone else know someone from back in the day that ended up on the big screen? This kid ripped bongs with half the campus.

    Mr. Fukuda

Heh, I used to live with Miles O'Brien, he's been on CNN and now I think he's on NBC or one of them at least. I see his face all the time on the tube and I always think,

    "What a putz."

    So, different scenario.

Oh yeah I went to high school with David Kelley, he did Ally McBeal, Boston Legal and a bunch of others. Plus he married Michelle Pfeiffer.

    Which works.

Van Peezy is the man. He hosted the dan patrick radio show once and spent the whole show talking about Pop Tarts.

JOhny Mosely. He used to attend my college for spring quarter, lived with my buddies who grew up with him. Real nice guy. I remember him showing me his resume, at the top under goals, it said he wanted to win a gold medal(1993). The guy was extremely dedicated, worked out like crazy.

i've got you all beat. Jesus went to my high school. Don't believe me?

Jim Caviezel, played jesus anyway. And he graduated about ten years earlier than I did. But that doesn't matter, he still was jesus.

A friend from back home has a daughter that played the little girl in Chasing Amy.

Not sure if the show is on anymore.

I went to a HS dance with Diana Ross' daughter...oh boy! Oh yeah, played coed hockey in middle school/junior high with AJ Mleczko (Team USA Women's Olympic Hockey Gold Medalists). Her father was our coach and science teacher. She and her Pop were really cool, driven people.

My first cousin was roomates in a tiny apartment in New York with Adam Sandler a long time ago. Said he was a pretty serious guy. Funny, but not real outgoing.

I know this about school, but i will add my best celebrity encounter. On the way back from Kona after my honeymoon, I sat next to Christie Brinkley. Actually we slept "next" to eachother. That was cool, too bad it was my honeymoon, i felt like jackass talking to her. So hot for her age, so hot.

Let me also add, that when we landed, every man within 4 rows was fighting to retrieve her overhead bag for her. When I saw her in the lounge, she looked like she was 28. I miss her.
