You don't have much vision then, do you.

I got robbed at gunpoint by two nice fellows while at work about 15 years ago. Before that, I never 'envisioned' needing one either.

I was really bumbed when the thug cops (6 cars) showed up with big time armery. I was thinking they could fucking sweet talk them into submission.

    Dumb ass.

Over armed thugs? You were there? No, you read someones report.

Are you that familiar with Utah law that you can make your statement? Probably not.

Maybe you could represent this case in the court of law. Perhaps sue the shit out of the state for their obvious rousting thuggery. Maybe you could by a new set of panties to wear with the winnings.

Night shift work pisses me off, so I feel like arguing.

What you need to watch out for is the Idaho/Utah dual residents. Those polygamist Nazi's are heinous.

Exactly. They weren't Nazis, they were merely jack-booted thugs.

Exactly. And it only takes one freak to whack a cop. Hence the drawn guns.

I would wager you one month of my salary that you couldn't do the job of the cop any better, or with less armery than they do. I guarantee you, if you had the balls to even approach a door, that your gun would be drawn, hammer back, safety off, whatever. If you even made it to the door.

Same goes for anyone on this board.

my methheads are freaks post has nothing to do with the constitution you moron. nowhere in that post did i relay that its ok to violate the constitution because someone is a methhead. it was intended to point out that methheads can be dangerous and us "overarmed thugs" need to protect ourselves and sometimes others. i really dont care if you piss your pants when you see 15 cops with guns. we dont have to fight fair. if you have a knife im gonna have a gun. if you have a gun i want a bigger gun, more ammo, and 15 of my friends.

as far as the constitution goes, its not a violation to go in in an emergency situation. in fact you dont have the right to refuse evacuation if we determine its not safe for you to be there. whether or not you are the bad guy. so when a cop comes to a motel door and tells you to leave, and you dont, then you will get removed.

    sorry if it offends you

Just have a warrant when you come to my door and we won't have a problem.

If you don't have a warrant you better step the fuck off or it will be a problem you will wish you did not have.

    Can you understand that much?

i would like to know how much freshie embelished his story to get a reaction from his audience? like TH said, none of us were there. but several points i would like to make regarding freshies post.

    1. most departments have modern semi auto weapons that dont have exposed hammers so there wouldnt be a cocked hammer to see. there are exceptions of course.

    2. most dogs are trained to find finished product not the active lab (so if a cop ever tells you his dog alerted on your lab start asking questions )(there are exceptions to this too though)

    3. i am not aware of any portable "air sniffing device" that detects labs. i could be wrong. if a cop ever tells you his portable meth lab sniffing watch detected your lab then call bullshit.

is it possible that freshie is exaggerating a little. i think maybe so. so now bring on some more hate iceman i can take it. im sure ill get an earful from freshie too.

weeeellllll, I don't think I would've gone quite that far at all. I actually know some cops I like and respect and who do the best they can but fuck up sometimes like most people, they're pretty good guys.

Am I the dumb ass that got robbed? Nope. I'm the guy that's lived and worked in some of the roughest areas of one of the roughest cities in the country and knows better than to rely on cops for my safety you egotistical prick.

BS, a gun and a badge never did anything good to anyone willing to wear em. If they were talented they'd have found something better to do with their lives.

If this is an issue where the fire department needs to find something and need the cops as protection, is a warrant necessary?

If making meth wasn't a danger to anyone in the hotel, then the cops better have a frickin warrant.

If it's possible that I could die in my sleep though because it's possible that there's a meth lab in the hotel I'm at, I want to make sure it's safe way before the time it takes to get a warrant.

    Sadly, yes.

If it weren't for police, do you think you'd be living the same way you do now?
