Thumbs up The Rossi Scratch "createit" comp is down to the top 100

Holy shit there are some sexy boards in that 100 skis. Serious quality. Great marketing idea. I guess they had 2000+ submissions and narrowed it to 100. All of the 100 selected so far get a free set of scratch ski next season. The final 6 get way more than that. 1st gets a trip to Europe and some cash.

I am happy to say one of my designs in the top 100. I'll take a pair of Scratch BCs please.

*cough* found it. Voted for it, but there are a lot of sexy skis in that lineup. I also think they should bring back the naked woman design.

    I like these-

I Love these ones too. I'm guessing on of these is a MD9 creation. Am I correct?

Some of my more preferred ones.... I would ski a scratch BC before a regular scratch, of course...

The base with the 2 lines is awesome, too bad the top sheet is mobstered-out. Companies need to make some good symmetrical graphics like that.

I guess the young'ns out there might not be a huge fan though.... Scratch that, porno topsheet!

Here's my design. I liked this look so much I decided to move it towards the reaktorcorps stuff. A ski is just such a small canvas and I wanted to push this look further. Looking over the skis mine is about the only one that doesn't feel like some sort of future ski. Not sure if that's good or bad, but here it is:

Below are the other 5 skis I voted for:

This one is probably my fav:

Some kids are smoking crack as far as what can be done on a base, but overall the work is freaking awesome. More cool skis in one place than I've ever seen before.

Do Scrath BCs Spatule dive really bad? Cause I've heard they have pretty stiff Talons.
Remind me. We'll send him a red cap and a Speedo.

MD9...yours are perfect. I love the tones and the font you chose. Those are my favorite colors.

I also really like the wood-toned ones. Wood looking skis are really beautiful. I like the fugatives for their design this season. Not the ones they came out w/ mid-season...the early season design (w/ the wood peeking through).

MD9- you honestly got my first vote, definately reaktorcorps influenced, but everythings works together.
I picked mostly the laid back skis. Some of it was cool Art with sweet drawings, but just didnt' work on a ski for me.

I can't see them. I can't see anything at Rossi that says "Vote".

The ones in this thread look pretty cool, though. The red w/pink base are surprisingly awesome.
The other pair w/pink bases looks great, too.
Never would have thought pink could work, but it really does.

The Ice Age ones defintiely caught my eye and got voted for. I don't know how great they are compared to the rest, but if Rossi made that ski I would be buying it just for the graphics. If I had the spare change that is....
