EC Mags: What does this weekend have in store?

Weather looks sketch. Rain on friday? Arctic air on saturday. Do the weather guru's think it's going to rain? everywhere?

That being said; where's the place to ski on the weekend of craziness we know as president's day weekend? Saddleback would be my choice, but they don't have much to work with right now. Burke's another good bet too.

What ever you do stay away from K-Mart.
People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.

I could have Highway Star show me where the blower is, but that would require a 2 hour wait for a lift. I'd get 4 runs if I was lucky.

Looking like a last minute call per- the precipitation we get on Friday.

Its most definitely gonna be ass-cold this weekend, and the precip forecast is the same (mixed- freeazing rain) everywhere in the state. So its really a wait until Friday and see what's doing.

the super warm temps today won't help anything either when it drops below freezing or even below zero in the next few days.

This is officially pissing me off now

Easy Vinman, you guys have definitely had it better up there than down here...the Jay pic of the day doesn't look too shabby as well as your reports.

yeah I guess, but it seems like every time it gets good, it also gets ruined right after.

By season's end I should be able to do the luge on my dull Line skis while concurrently eating a pomegranite and still break the world record (without breaking a sweat).

1/4 to 1/2" of rain tom. night followed temps below zero...

    AWESOME!!

I figure the week of 3/3-3/12 when I'm out of the region will be the only time we see real snowfall. Plan your sick days for then.

Was thinking of hitting Jay Peak on Sunday after the disaster of last weekend, but I am not so sure about it anymore ...

Train, you around this weekend/pres week at all? I'm up...I've discovered that the skiercross is a bit of a remedy for my woes.
