    Oberstdorf = OMG

It's as simple as that. Saturday was the deepest day's skiing Iäve ever had. Powder varying from Knee to Chest deep, with plenty going overhead. Doing jumps off cat tracks I'd stop in the snow, dead, up to my waist. Should have some more snow on Wed/Thurs too, meaning should be schweet again on Fri. Should have some pics, but can't post because I forgot the camera wire.

    So damned good.

    (So.)

(I hate utards even more, now)

BTW, what's up with German keyboards? Different enough to be confusing, but not that different at all?

    Enjoy, fella!

Glad you're getting some after those fiascos earlier in the season.

Saturday (i.e. OMG day) was on the Nebelhorn. Redonculously deep. Went back there this afternoon, still a lot untouched (including the deepest bits I found on Saturday, oddly?). A lot of the obvious stuff utterly schralped (to a dangerous extent - large patches where it is nigh on impossible to get an edge. Did a little rock shot today on the Nebelhorn, measured at 42 degrees, yet I could hardly get an edge).

Yesterday went to the Fellhorn, and it's a pretty nice place Found some good snow, though not a touch on the Sat, and watched some pretty retarded snow boarders almost kill themselves twice.

Today checked out Walbladhdiblahhorn at the end of the valley, found some good stuff, will go back, and as I say up there, went back to Nebelhorn to still find some good stuff. At the Wal- area found a very fun little steep zone under the cables of the lift, which was thankfully protected from the sun. In places a real nasty sun crust is building, but still hopefully for the rest of the week.

broo - let's just say I hit it switch and rode into the road So big though! Will never be a ski jumper...

Snow-forecast is saying snow for 1500m, and obviously I like to believe them

Today it was getting really warm and heavy. Not too fun skiing off piste, but some of the previously shralped couloirs warmed up a bit, and were fun.

Edg, agry on the whole Nebelhorn story!

Rocked Nebelhorn on sunday and monday as well with two friends.
Hit the "Fischerrinne" 2 times on monday.
Maybe you happened to see 6 lines coming down.
Its in the middle of the big face on the right side while going up with the second section of the gondel.
Its a 45 minute traverse on the (dangerous: while southfacing) backside coming from the top of the thirth section.
Nice and different view of the area from the top.
I think it was the first time it got skied this season..............
