I've only used Salomon 997s and 900s for the past 5 years. Looking to change over to the P18. Are the patterns different so that the holes won't interfere with each other if a ski were drilled for both P18s and 997s/900s?

the toes are pretty similar- usually need to go +/- 1 or 2cm or so. the heels can be played with to make it work from there
