Best sub $200 shell pants

Wondering what the opinions are. These will be used for equal amounts on in and out of bounds skiing so side zips are a must. I do quite a bit of winter camping, so I want something that won't soak out in the knees. My $75 pair of obermeyers are finally dead after 5 seasons.

Would really like a highback for carrying a pack, but they tend to be pretty expensive.

If you have something lightly used that falls in this price range, that would be ok too.

Id check out Helly Hansens gear. I bought a pair of $100 pants with vents that rock.
