    P-Pass

    Isn't there a surf camp at P-Pass now? And isn't it run by a Brasilian transplant who moved there from the North Shore? And didn't one of the major mags run a huge profile on it last year? Or are you guys talking about somewhere else?

    There is no camp at the pass, there are accomodations offered at a hotel next to the airport in the only industrial part of the island.

    But P-pass is available by boat ride to anyone. There are dozens of other places to stay there at less than half the price charged by the folks trying to profit from the waves there by jamming the otherwise near empty lineup with boatloads of up to 15 donkeys at a time.
