Which Elan skis did I see?

At Vail on Friday, I saw some Elan's that looked like they were about 110+ in the waist. I think they were light green in color, not twintips. Anyone know?

the old M777 has no black on top, perhaps those were the ones you saw?

Nah, they were more of a light, sage-ish green.

I was kindly asked to leave from the Elan booth at ISPO when I tried to take pics of their latest stuff being flexed and stuff. Good looking stuff though; stiff and fat. Probably what you saw was their next years top offering which did indeed look nice.

I only saw the fronts of the skis, and they were friggin huge. Everyone was staring at them in line back by Blue Sky. There was a guy and a girl both riding them, and I'd guess they were about 180's.

I don't remember what it was called, I was supposed to do a quick shot while the other guy was flexing (sounds like gay pron, maybe that's why we had to leave) so I didn't even get a close look at them. Don't recall any swallow though, but large indeed (though after playing with the new Big Daddies I wouldn't say "huge"). Was wider than any Elan ski I've seen so far is all I can say. Apparantly nice stiffness to it as well (according to the male model/flexer).

That was the Elan rep and his wife

They are next years swallow tails. Not sure of the name. But look like they would be good while skiing behind a boat as well.

if it's a swallowtail it must be the 1111, which was posted on this board before. i doubt you could've confused the topsheets though! as you can see below, the 1111 is not exactly greenish. unless a managerial decision changed it after the marketing people sent off the PR shots? the plot thickens!

F2F, the only thing similar to what I saw on that ski was the script of the 'Elan'. Pretty cool looking ski.
