WTB: Cheap Skins

I have a friend who i am going on a hut trip with who needs skins that would fit 165 pocket rockets. Since this will be the only time she will use them, she doesn't want to pay very much, so the cheaper the better as long as they are functional.

Also, does anyone know of shops in CO that rent skins or beacons? Skins seem like a weird thing to rent since they are so ski specfic and beacons I have heard present libility problems, but maybe some shops have them. Thanks
