    Str8line in Chamonix

The Boys have been having fun but not without cost.

Day 1 Courmayeur - Pow in trees - BadRoo injured

Day 2 Helbroner Tram - Glacier La Toule - Pow to Porridge

Day 3 Grand Montets - Lots of wind scoured and windpack

Day 4 La Tour - Steep skiing in Chutes

I have been lucky enough to catch up with the guys for a few turns on the GM and for the end of the day at Le Tour to ski the Posettes Chutes - 800m (2500ft) vertical.

When everyone else in Chamonix is either skiing sun affected soup or serstrugi (sp?) these guys were skiing steep chalk!...this is where I found them today.

Later on. On our way to the Posettes. It's hard to beat that backdrop

Whoa, Skier666 in a helmet AND a shell. I think I see a pig flying by....

I'm guessing that the yellow line was the "easy out" line and the green was the "ok, this'll learn ya" line.

Seriously, I don't know of anyone who's gone back to hats, after using a brain-bucket. We'll have to see...
