What have I done to my knee

Skiing K yesterday and mtnman and I decided to hit superstar woods on one of the last runs.

Of course I snagged a root at slow speed with my left ski and twisted. Lucky for me there was a tree stump that my left knee hit which stopped me. Knee hurt, but no popping and I was able to ski out and down superstar, then get on two lifts and ski back over to bear. I was in a little pain but I could completely flex and extend the knee. I figured I had bruised it so I iced it all the way home.

After my wife's knee issues last year, she wants me in a doctors office this morning but I'm not so sure anythings wrong. Knee feels really stable, it's a little stiff this morning but I was expecting that, just the inside part hurts tiny bit when I bend it. Not a whole lot of pain like a 1 or a 2 on the 10 point scale.

Should I be going to see a doctor? My idea was to take it fairly easy and if it still hurt around Wednesday or Thursday go see the Doc
For sure, you have to be lost to find a place that can't be found, elseways everyone would know where it was

    Sounds like a good plan.

From your description is sounds most likely to be an MCL sprain. It would still be a good idea to get it checked out though. Good luck.

    little swelling

feels really stable, I can walk pretty normal and still have full range of motion without pain, theres just an ache in the inside of the left knee

I'm gonna see a Doc at 1:10 tomorrow, thinking positive
