    CO reports from today?

Where did you go? How was it? Off tomorrow, trying to decide where to go. I was working (but not skiing) at Winter Park all day. Snowing all day...not heavy at the base, but looked moreso higher up, vis was limited, from BP in the morning could tell it was very windy on the ridges (hence the pockets of high on the easterly aspects). Started to clear as I was leaving after 3:00. Is it still snowing more to the west? I'm guessing alot of stuff up high wasn't open today, given the winds & vis. Anybody know if the hike-to stuff off 7 & 8 at Breck was open? Ridge at Loveland closed all day?

    I'm considering Vail.

Depends on snow reports tomorrow am.
I've got more suits than Liberace, but less than Eastvailhucker.

I was stuck at Vail pass from about 2 to 3 pm and it was dumping pretty good. Looking at north facing aspects that went right down to I 70 looked pretty deep. Seemed like significantly more accumulation on the treebranches than further east. Summit told me it was sunny in Keystone while it was still showing absolutely no sign of letting up just east of Vail.

I would say Vail area tomorrow if I had to pick. But I wasn't skiing, so...
    Days on snow 06-07: 3
    Days behind a boat summer 2006: 24

Was at berthoud today....was windy and deep in spot....as usual for this year plenty of faceshots...

the snowpack around the nitro and rush chutes is just insanely bomber and deep....

dug a super deep pit yesterday and our r-block yielded nothing...after 10 big hard jumps not a single thing moved.....super stable and we had a 6 foot deep pit which probed another 4 feet deeper still...

stood on top of something big today...almost positive it was not gaffneys...in between rush and nitro im pretty sure...

looked to be almost 50 (name?)

either way that area is awesome right now...

we need to have a maggot version of the berthoud badass this year..

Loveland stayed soft all day, and they didn't open the ridge, and it snowed all day long . . .could be fucking epic.

The conudrum of powder vs. sex was presented on Sunday morning and I chose the later. , well maybe ... after hearing about Sunday I think I made the wrong decision.

Lemon - interested in preparing a duck and selling it? How much would something like that cost?

...selling game meat is extremely illegal...

You can have some though, I have a few in the deep freeze (all breasted though, only pluck really large birds).

Monarch BC had v-e-r-y light fluff on Sat. Shin to thigh deep. Mild winds w/ easy transport. Prolly was really sweet on Sun. or today.
CDOT needs to plow the lot for BC skiers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The crowd in the valley (SL & Pagosa) needs everybody to send positive Urll vibes (++++) or do a dance for them....

    Wolf Creek BC SUCKS!

Very tender SP, lots of collapsing @ & below TL. E-S-W very thin 10"-18" more han half TG.
N at top (divide) couple hundred vert. is good but break thru to the TG the rest to powerline @ hwy. Maybe 20"-30" deep - mostly TG.
They really need just a couple good dumps to be good to go.

    Nice pics iskibc - thanks.
