Mounting new bindings on drilled skis...

I'm interested in buying a used pair of skis that have been drilled once for Rossignal Freeride 140's at a bootsole length of 317mm. Will there be a problem if I try to mount new, similar bindings on these skis for a 320mm bootsole length? 3mm isn't much and I'm wondering if that will be a problem.... Are all bindings attached to the skis in similar places or do they vary by brand? I don't know anything about this which is obvious, so if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

if it is the same rossi/look binding, for 3mm it should just adjust to that size, use the old holes.

all bindings have differnt hole patterns,

bindings have a 1-2cm range of adjustment in the same holes (rentals/demos have more and look/rossi have less)
