Thumbs up Roam (From The Collective)

Super stoked for this one! Anyone who posts in this forum needs to add this to his/her video library!

DUDE that is the sickest MTB trailer I've ever seen. I'd be happy just to watch a documentary about the making of the movie. Those camera guys on ziplines were fuckin zingin'!

My buddy Johnny from England was their Intern in Whistler this summer, and from what he was telling me it's going to be off the hook! When even the Intern can rip on a bike, you know it's gonna be sick.

Sweet, looking forward to it. I like how the teaser shows how they actually get some of those shots. I think I'd be freaked out if I was riding and had a guy w/ a camera hanging about 3 feet above my head.

Collective is by far my fav bike movie.

    Now that's just mean...

Don't worry it was just a little twitch. As soon as I flew home the snow got me all stoked.

Somehow I didn't even see this post from the old bitter guy who hates all the new 190+ fat skis on the market. And why are you even looking in this forum (says the kettle to the pot)?

edit: and BTW the Collective ranks right up there with my favorite ski movies...I'd put it at a close second to Global Storming, Harvest, etc. MTB is really at that level of progression that skiing was at back in like '97-'00, and it's really exciting and fun to watch its growth and at least try to be a part of it

I was just giving you shit about using the terms "freaking" and "tinge" in the same sentence. As a writer you should know better.....

It's going to have to be pretty freaking amazing to measure up the their last one, but by the looks of the trailer, it looks like these boys might have done it.

Trailer looks cool. Lots of shots of the camera guys in the trailer. I hope there isn't too much of that in the film. A section in the extras would be cool.

That's how The Collective was... the trailer for Roam was supposed to be more of a little glimpse into how it is being made.

    Thats what I figured.

I picked up the latest issue of Modest bike and it all seems to be about the filming and stuff but not much about actual riding. Just hoping it's not a trend in the ohhh look at us filming and talking about how hard filming the cool stuff is.
