Another reason maggots rock - a HUGE thank you from Sundance to several....

...including (and gawd I hope I don't forget anyone)....

    yogachick
    truth
    md9
    Altagirl
    mr. altagirl
    Inspector Gadget
    stump
    shirk
    lph
    Shepherd Wong
    SkiChica
    Meats of Evil

Seriously - the group above rocks. I'm writing a quick note from Sundance where I produced a party the other night, and without the muscles, patience, creativity and wit of the list above, it wouldn't have been nearly the success it was. I'm pretty darn sure there are some picture of the SWEATSHOP where we stuffed 500 goodie bags, and I"m sure they'll be up soon . And the crew turned out to my party on Monday. helped check people in, hang signs, move boxes, move some more boxes, give out goodie bags, give out mugs, schmooze (the ever important job at Sundance) and just generally helped me out in a huge way.

    THANK YOU!!!!

It was an absolute blast to work and play with all of you, including Skiguide, Triungulate and YC's friends who also played at Canyons on Sunday.

It's been a great trip and I love Utah more and more each time I come here. A handful of us are still in town, so drop me a line if you're around. Truth - I somehow managed to not meet you on Monday, so hopefully we'll swing by the Style Lounge.

ok - back to celebrity sighting and schwag collecting ....

I think I have sweatshop pics of lph handeling the girly lotion stuff
Maybe one of MD9 getting fired from the sweatshop.

It was a great event put on by WSD. Glad I could help. Fun as always to meet new maggots.

But next time I am going to get the correct fucking address for the Beastie Boys show. Nothing like finding out you can get into a private party, only to get into the wrong private party.

A big thanks to YOU, wsd, for inviting us to a fabulous party. That tranvestite 70s disco cover band ROCKED. I used my ITVS coffee mugthing today and it's my new favorite. Had a great time hanging with the altagirls and finally meeting stump/kip (!). Shirk, I think you have pics of us at the party, no? Hopefully you'll post all your pics before you're off to Chamonix.

Have a great time up there, whoever's still there. Me, I'm catching up on sleep.

WSD - I walked in right behind Jared but you were in full throttle work mode so I did not want to get in the way. Most impressive shindig you put on up there...top notch and uber classy. Pat yourself on the back for job well done.

Shit, if I deserve a thanks you deserve the nobel prize. All I think I did was walk into your condo act like a freaking two-year-old on speed and then leave again. Thanks for having us over and I apologize for peeing in that potted plant. I did tell you about that didn't I?...

You throw one hell of a party. We were all pissed we had dinner before we came. The food was amazing. Great venue. Total class act. You are very very good at what you do. I wish we could've stayed longer, but my body was beginning to shut down from so many days without sleep. It's crazy you'd think replacing sleep with alcohol is the right thing to do until you start randomly blurting sexual obscenities.

Just got home from my little whirlwind roadtrip.

Really good to meet some new mags, too many to name. Great to see a bunch of familiar faces as well.

WSD, the party was a blast! No way I was skiing the next day, too much vodka and gin.

I've never had a bad trip to UT, it was fun as always!

WSD- your party was amazing, so beautifully done! Truly it outshone any other at Sundance, elegant and fun, fun, fun. Was she really a transvestite? It was great to meet you all, and working the sweatshop was not torture!

I apologize for not making it to the sweatshop! But your party was WONDERFUL! Great atmosphere, great food, cool mugs (and that cider was YUMMY!) You're really good at what you do!!!

Big ups to WSD and the amazing party she threw - I had a blast lending a hand where I could, and basically just hanging out a truly excellent event. I hope your clients appreciate what a great event it turned out to be!! And, obviously, it was good to meet shirk, yoga, lph, and chica, and hang with truth, md9, meats, and my "crew" from 1300E in Sandy, the AG's. Hopefully we can do it again next year.

It was great to see my favorite Winter Sports Drink and LPH in Utah again. WSD, you are VERY good at what you do, I can't say enough about your event. The weekend after I win the lottery, I'm going to have you set up the party. Really good to meet some new folks this week, particularly Yogachik, Chica and Shirk; always good to bump into familiar faces off the slopes as well. Next year I want a job with an ear piece, I'm ready to regulate.

Thanks all for the kind words. Very cool that I had several "worlds" merging - friends, family, co-workers, and my interweb friends .

And yoga - that was not in fact a transvestite . Too funny - I nearly peed when I read that. .

So - who's around on Saturday to ride/ski? I'm game for anywhere for my last day in town.

And X-treme Tubing TR to follow with extensive pics .

    I, too, heart Utah.
