    2nd hand soft bro review

I talked two friends into getting some soft bros for their tele and at set up, respectively.

My tele-friend is über-happy. Hi skied them for 2 days in Engelberg in what he said was his best ski-weekend ever. Hi compared them with some rossi XX that he owns from before, and there was no comparison. He had sooooooo much more fun with the Bro's.

My friend with the AT set-up said he hadn't really had a chance to test them properly, but said they seemed easy to ski (on groomers).

So far they seem like happy campers

The light swing weight was noticable immediately....didn't get into deep fresh and am told there will be tip dive with such a stiffy, not by Tom,( please advise) but these things handled wind buff/hard pack/ and soft bumps without a whimper. Very quick and responsive. Will next years super stiffy be the same as Toms demo?

    My Bro update Bra

Holy shit. I finally got the bro blems up and running. If they were red they would be sticks of dynamite. Easily the lightest skis (mounted with Naxo's) I've been on...so responsive and "poppy". Easy to turn, and incredibly easy to jump around switch. these are my favorite skis ever. everyday I can ...these will be the ones. thanks bro dudes....first day was 12" and these float....FL-o-AT

Unfortunately I wasn't able to be there (in Engelberg). The conditions where absolutely stellar; 40-70 cm of absolutely perfect, fluffy powder. I just talked to my good friend Richard who skied with the owner of the Bro's (Ketil) for the full 3 days. Richard said that Ketil was a completely transformed skier. Whereas before he was sort of wiggling his way down in powder on his rossi XX's, now he was absolutely RIPPING IT. He had no problems keeping up with Richard (who was on alpine, ketil on tele). He skied a lot faster, with more conviction and with a wider grin on his face

That's the thing I really love to hear after having recommended a ski; that the skier becomes noticably better, and that his enjoyment of skiing just reaches a new level. I guess it is the same with you, Splat?
