Bear Creek potato soup, avalible at costco in the mega pack. Just add water, cheese and sausage and simmer for 20 min. I eat that stuff at home sometimes. Very filling and light.

Oatmeal + brown sugar for breakfast.
I've concluded that DJSapp was never DJSapp, and Not DJSapp is also not DJSapp, so that means he's telling the truth now and he was lying before.

-brocolli and alfredo pasta mix with canned chicken = glop, but filling with a bagel

-cajun/gumbo rice mix, knorr onion soup mix, canned shrimp

-any kind of boxed risotto and sausage, cheese, and dried veggies

-instant potatoes, prefer Loaded Baked , dried veggies and canned beef

the canned stuff can be kinda heavy but it's worth it for the amount of food you can make for a group
