It's all about waisting other wise valuable time with world class degenerate dirt bag, guido queebs and like minded folk. It's the TR's, the jokes, and much more. It is, about the stoke.

I came because I heard on ttips that someone here had plagiarized a trip report. I had a hard time believing that someone would do that. I found it charming and, ultimately, hilarious.

Anyone remember that? I think they claimed it took place in NM but it was really someone else's report from SW CO... or do I have it backwards?

I'm generally here for the witty banter that way exceeds my coolness,
though lately the TRs have been amazing.

I started lurking here right around the time that happened. I remember it, but not well enough to tell any details.

Fortunately I'm already taken care of in that department.

The TRs are nice, but I like the banter best. Maggots are a funny species.

Started lurking this site to check out the pics of the 04/05 dumps at Tahoe and Mammoth.

Stayed because of the great photos that accompany many of the TRs...

well, that and the infamous Angry Whelk thread.

I'm here because I don't have cable, and all that's on the 4 channel peasant vision is Oprah and bad CBC (Except Saturday nights).
The pictures and trip reports are okay...I guess.

People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.
