2nd Week of Jan '06, Northern UT (photo TR)

As inspired by Grizz, we'll stop holding back and share the stoke. It's what it's all about. If these have a home elsewhere I'm sure they'll get there anyway.

All of these photos were taken by GT40. The skiers are myself flykdog, and meats.

    Enjoy:

    Flyk in the pow:

More of flyk in the pow:

    myself hopping a crown:

    mellow pow turn:

tracking out a run we call "crinkles"

    more pow:

a little air, a little style:

    still more pow:

meats of evil laying down a turn after dropping a chute:

    some more air:

    more pow:

one of the big air hero shots:

A line in demoisy (you can see where I aired in and where I hit rock):

And here's a pic I posted earlier then deleted due to the "not posting the good stuff advice" but screw it:

Dude, don't you know that you can't ski on Pocket Rockets? It's just not possible. This is obviously a futile attempt at skiing on Pocket Rockets. When will you learn?

Thanks. I agree the good stuff will continue to be posted. It's how we've done it in the past and we'll keep it going. We got lost there for a little while. New territory and all.

It's funny how hucks magically get bigger and bigger by the fluffers on this board! For instance this one......Started out as a 50' huck, then magically transformed into a 70' huck, and now it's magically jumped up to a 90' huck!

Interesting. Call me an idiot, but that's no 90 footer.

I am a firm believer in under-estimating huck sizes (and it bugs me when people totally enlarge their numbers). That said, if you read MD9's other post about that huck (and review all pics), I wouldnt bet against it being 90 (talking rope measurement from Take off to landing). The face alone is probably a true 50, and he landed WAY out there.

Thanks for MD9, Meats, and GT40 for sharing. In a week of the best TRs ever, this just raised the bar even higher.

Here's another shot. It's a sequence of the big air. You can pretty much pin point the moment I shit myself. I had intended on landing backseat, but obviously not that far backseat.

Wow....droppin the full A material!! That is awesome....after the other post, it is great to see the details.

Damn, how do you hold it together past a certain height? Seems most BIG air shots end like that....no amount of "window rolling" could correct that.

OMFG you damn near landed on your melon bro. Kinda funny to look at knowing you're unscathed and all.

Looks like you could have rolled with it and looped, it wanted to kick you that way anyway.
