    Maggettes on Bros... (BCC pics)

Yentna and I headed up to brighton for a pretty fun day today - not as much new snow as we'd hoped, but still pretty damn sweet. We found plenty of great shots and it stayed light and fluffy all day.

I'm pretty tired right now, so the TR will be less than stellar. But included are a few semi-decent pics that we managed to get. I personally zero photo skills, and we're both learning to photo slut.

I was on the 179 BROs this morning (which kick ass, and I'm not at all biased- I hate to send them off, but other mags deserve a turn too), while yentna boarded - then after lunch, we switched - she rode the bros and I snowboarded.

Awesome for her cause she's still getting used to skiing pow (but killing it already), and I'm still learning to ride it.

    Me on bros:

    Sweet pics
The wife stepped out onto a moving wind pocket slab Sat. and went for a little ride losing a ski in the process. You gonna have those 178 bro demos for a while? I would like to get her on a pair to try. She lost a 173 explosive so she is back on 178 G4s I think she could handle the bros. Probably to late to still get a pair this year.
    Thanks for the stoke!!!

Sweet pics. I'm calling the first few the trees off Great Western (backside, you sneaky things?) and the last two (the tighter ones) the trees off Snake Creek chair (hard coin et al). Man I love Brighton. How was Millie?

Close, all off Great Western though.

we hit crest/snake only briefly today. Didn't even make it over to millie, cause we were having so much fun on GW. Looked damn good over there too though. next time.

Cool. Nice to find a UT mag who doesn't hate on Brighton

Millie is where it's at for hucks. Took these a fortnight ago, still nice now though:

Thanks for the props for both of us - it was a KILLer day. Exhausting though, 3 hours on a board followed by 3 hours on skis, sigh. Beautiful. And even though I look like a gaper in pow (on skis of course), it's starting to feel better and I'm loving it! I love swinging both ways, , tee hee hee.

As for the bros, I loved 'em! Really coveting a pair, sigh, maybe this summer or next winter. Beautiful! Much better than my Explosives (don't get me wrong, I love my wizards). Lighter, stiffer, and definately performed better on the groomers too (the wizards just HATE on groomed). Not that we were on groomers much, grin, but the trips back to the lift were better than on mine. I was also concerned at first about a longer length than I'm used to in the trees, but they are really responsive and therefore had no problems. The only thing that I didn't like was the flatness of the tips - I guess the mold wasn't quite finished for this pair and the tips are flatter than should be, but it wasn't too much of a problem. Lovely day.

Hey now, Opiniated User, that's a lot of hate on the wizards. I love my wizards.
Sorry though that I didn't get to try the Bros last thursday with AC. Maybe later. The boys all love the their bros, so I bet the shorter ones are good too. True, they do need a different name or better yet just an alternate girly top sheet.

Now now, I love my wizards and said so in my post, , but the Bros are just that sweet. That's all.

And MacDaddy, we rode lots of steeper stuff, but it was in the shadows so the pics sucked, and we didn't take as many back there. So....the good pics were the low angle. Oh well. There will be more photoslutting to come.
