    Salamon X-Wave 10 boots

    size 28


    Boots have maybe 10-12 days on them and am just now realizing that they are waaay to big, 3 fingers between the shell and my heal. I bought them from the Tahoe Sports Ltd. in the fall, I had put them on layaway after getting fit for this boot and think that I may have picked up the wrong ones when I payed them off. I went to Ltd. and was told by the old bastard who runs the store that he would be happy to replace them if I had the reciept, I dont. They are in really good shape except for the chili peppers painted on the shells are a little worn.



    I paid $420 for them on sale and would be willing to sell them for $300.

    hmmmm. tempted but not sure if they are the right size. Is size 28 the same shell as a 28.5? Maybe I should go try a pair on somewhere and see. I might get back to you.

    Yes, boot manufacturers don't make shell sizes in .5's.

    yes they are the same size. In fact the shell actually has 28 and 28.5 written on the shell.
