    custom planks

Hello folks! Welcome to my first official post here
    The reason?
Its time. Seemingly on schedule with the World Cup's 4-yr cycle, its time for a new pair of skis. As you all know, its a damn good feeling. As I reaquaint myself with the gear of the times, temptation arises to go custom. So I wonder if anyone here has personal experience with a custom outfit here in the USA whose skills would tempt me further. Anyone?

Agreed, that does sound like he's putting from the rough.

But in the spirit of the new year, mntlion posted this a couple of weeks ago and it may help find some custom boards.

you can't come in here and expect people to jump all over your asinine requests. The mags not your personal shopper. tons of other threads discuss the very question you ask. many have detailed reviews of various custom skis. They're pretty insightful, and as a bonus, by not posting and just reading what other people have to say, you won't have to deal with people getting pissed off. Everybody wins.

nobody called you a jong...yet. by TGR standards, this is the red carpet.

You will not regret buying them - there are many many people here who ski Bro Models and absolutely love them.

btw the guys above have been particularly soft on you - must be snowing!

P.S. If you do a search you'll find all sorts of wonderful information here - e.g. http://tetongravity.com/forums/showt...ghlight=custom

For fuck's sake Campi, try a search and don't bite the hand that feeds.

You've been given three of the best links on customs skis. Go get some, enjoy the worlds and post your gate bashing, spandex wearing, trip report. This is tech talk so do it over in ski/snowboard and include pictures.
