One spot left in Chamonix camp-DISCOUNTED

I have one spot available for the camp I'm doing in Chamonix from January 28-February 4th. You need to be a very solid skier to attend.

I had to prepay the rooms and there is no refund policy so I am offering a discount. The normal price is $2800. The discounted price is $2300. Single occupancy in a nice Best Western that is a stones throw from the Aiguille Du Midi tram(9000 vt. ft.).

Chamonix has great snow right now so we will absolutely kill it. I just spoke with our guide and there is a solid base all the way to the valley floor. When there is a good base to the valley Chamonix really shines. It doesn't happen all that often.

We will have a 9 person van with none other than Roo as our personal chaufeur. We'll also have a Chamonix mountain guide to show us the goods.

Never mind the mind-blowing steeps and kick-your-ass guides, this is the reason y'all should be pissing your pants in fear. Expect a detour via Nurburgring.

Sick and ashamed and happy (and, actually, I found Roo to be a fairly courteous and safe driver (when he wasn't trying to clip pedestrians with the side-view mirror)),

Slightly off topic - but the snow was good today 2-3 foot of fluffy pow at mid mountain on a deep solid base. Unskied stuff down low was 4-6 inches on a hard base. The skied stuff down low was very hard but all thoses anoying rocks are now covered.

Sadly, I committed to a client a few months ago to run a meeting in Hawaii for them that week. I'm possibly the only consultant in the world un-stoked when work takes her to the tropics in winter. One person's paradise is another one's prison! But I'm keeping an eye on your schedule for the future...

Wow Idris, looks rad. Is the snow still top notch? Reports are that it is... (Sadly (well not really) I've been tied up ice climbing since the 1st and haven't been up at all!)

Getting there. Some routes better than others but all are now navigable.
