Southwest from Denver to SLC starting in March

This is not a bad thing. $118 r/t right now, with special offers bound to be cheaper.

Yea that's better than driving even though the trip still takes several hours.

Even better, they've got ~$120 tickets (ea. way) from NE destinations like Providence to Denver in case you choose Colorado over SLC for some reason...

that is a great price. Frontier is exactly even right now for me on direct fuel costs.

For 8 hours of driving vs 4 hours for flying, I think I'd rather drive and have a car there, all 3 pairs of my x-mountains, and a case of samuel adams boston lager.
