    She's so $Money$...(Alta the a.m.)

And she doesn't even know it. She was so smooth and so buffed, yet there were multiple face shots.

Annies was the best i've seen her in a while.

...and the Pocketbook, well, let's just say it was one smooth, deep run after another.

We were going to name Chapter 12 of the Chronicles of Gnargnia "Xover Can Lick Nuts," but that seemed a little harsh.

    Fun morning

that is the balls-out sassiest post about a mountain I've seen in a long time.

I resolve PC issues remotely. Need to get rid of all that pr0n you downloaded on your work laptop? Or did you just get a ton of viruses from searching for "geriatic midget sex"? Either way I can fix them. PM Me for maggot prices.

Speaking purely metaphorically, Altachic's words are earth moving.

Werd. Hope the knee treated you ok AC.

Fun day trying to keep up with Natty and the Telluride dude (ripping tele guy, can't remember his board name).

Good stuff all over the place, not deep and fluffy, but fast and buttery. Hit up Backside for the last run before heading down the hill for work. Kicked ass.

In other news, I'm not sure I'm digging the Spats as a tele ski. Dunno, not sold on them. They rock when I 'lell it, but I'm still not sold on 'em when I drop a knee, especially when I try to arc big, fast turns. Oh well, still fun to be out.

oh yeah, Annie had her O face on today and the Ho got PAID

met up with AC and did a wildcat lap before she had to take off....soft as a baby's bottom, then skiied the ho a bunch cause the Ho was money. I decided to head up Collins and saw Treskow and Kristen sidestepping up for some backside action which i'm sure was sweet....but i also saw -everyone- else getting off the lift and heading straight after them which means the High-T was empty. Having noticed the wind machine was in full affect, and pointed straight at West Rus, i mean, WEST BUFF (thanks, stoled that from Rippeddisc ) i headed out there and ripped some huge windbuffed turns all the way down and went back for a couple more before bringing it in for work. not a bad way to start the day.

I was there all day. Met up with some maggot whose name I forget. We waited for a good half hour for Supreme bowl to open, then I managed to clip a rock, step out of my binding, summersault into a tree (hit my back on the tree, but I was wearing a pack which took most of the impact), lose my second ski, and slide 50 yards down, RIGHT UNDER THE LIFT. Worst/stupidest fall of the season so far, it also made my waiting in line a complete waste of time.

Then at 4:15 I managed to put a gnarly 3' long ptex scrape in my ski which miraculously didn't damage the edges at all (ptex has since been fixed by the guys at the alta shop or whatever it's called, they did a pro job).

All in all, one of the best days of the season for sure (I skied from 10:15 to 4:15ish non-stop [something like 24 runs according to my altimeter watch]).

Skied Alta for the first time in my life today (first Utah trip this week); not a bad day for an introduction. Opening of Catherine's at ~2:00 was perfect.

Up at Solitude yesterday when the power went out. Watch out for lifts with severely underpowered generators.

Heading back to check out Snowbird tomorrow and then some repeat of those three places for the following three days.

    Alta so hott right now.

Sickness. Had 6th chair this am and saw this poor dude in the 2nd chair, riding spats, dig his tips into the snowbank as the chair took off. It somersaulted him off the chair, lift stopped, back of the line for that guy!

Had 3rd or 4th tracks down highboy, creamy face shotty smoovness, then did another lap somewhere, then met up with CS and the telluride mystery dude reidhresko, who RIPS on teles. CS was not loving the spats, but he was ripping it as well, especially considering it was his second day tele on them.

Did a few more with CS and telluride dude til CS had to go then did lap after non stop lap with with t-ride, getting fresh high notch, some fresh supreme action, everything off the high t, and a few laps on the lovely ho. Went in at 3 to swallow a quesadilla then had 2 awesome runs with my sister, who lives in NYC but still rips, and my pops who is slow, but goes non-stop top to bottom bell to bell every frickin day. At age 63!

Pow in the am, windbuff and sun in the pm, saw many mags like stump, lynx, ac, and a blur of dtm. I hate alta.
