Big bad avis I know from Alps and the monsters ain´t nice 3 m deeps but 10 - 15 m deeps - Alaska and such Rockies areas are flat they don´t gather much energie.Those in Lech ect. - absolutely unsurvivable ! Good stuff.But I am in Europe.
