What are you going to do with your Flexons? I might be interested in the tongues.

I think I have some spare tongues, but they are at my parents' place in UT. I'll let you know.

Nein... It's for a very good friend of mine and enjoys having 4 pairs of Spatulas in plastic in his closet and 5 or 6 different kinds of Flexons, with parts from who knows where. His latest accomplishment was a pair of all-white women's "Stormtrooper" Flexon's in his size from eBay for $20. Just gotta check his size first, tee hee.

Those look just like mine. What liners are those, and what size liner in what size boot shell?

The liners that came with the Tecnica Diablo 130s that I have are very thin, and my toes get cold in not-so-cold weather. Zipfit liners were way too thick to fit. I'm looking for some sort of replacement... are those Thermoflex?

The liner is a thermoflex-type by french company Comformable. Great liner btw., a tad harder foam gives better control plus longer lasting than the Raichle trhermoflexes. Regular tounge construction. I've had these done up for tele boots and some Atomic plug boots (the latter was no noog idea) a few years back; still ski the tele ones though I've switched shells a couple of times since then

I'm skiing the 130. I find the flex to be great for freeskiing w/ one cotisol: the plastic is pretty temperature sensitive. If it's warm out (like 35+) the boots soften substantially. Oh well.

666: They are the Diablo 130. I may soften them up a bit as the flex is a lil stiffer than the flexons.

Benny: I tried the Krypton and they fit and flexed NOTHING like the flexons--way more volume.

I've never had a conformable line, but it seems comfy and is supposed to be very warm. Good to hear you like em telepath.

    cotisol: did you mean caveat?

    codicil

He means "codicil" - think of drafting a will, and then adding an addendum which alters part, although perhaps not all, of the terms of the will. The addendum would be a codicil.

The fact that LB called him on the spelling, and that I took the bait, makes us both giant dorks.
