Whats the deal with these things how do they hold up? they better than aluminum, I was planning on going with the Life-Link Carbon Fiber Speed Pro Probe 280.
did some playing around and found the auto locking function to be a hand feature. Your thoughts of that function would allso be appreciated.

not as durable (professional use) but lighter, casuall use should be fine If they make one go 300cm or longer
