Sun, powder, shot from the tip of the ski = Great Shot. Just a bit more unique than the other shots.

Thing about B is that any pro photog can get that exact same shot almost any blue powder day. It's an easy hike in an obvious place in LCC. I've seen different versions of this exact shot in print already, although this probably the best version I've seen. Pics like C, E, and F are more unique....and H has great lighting.

I'll go with midgets version of C.

Question, tho' Just because a shot is not technically difficult, if it represents the sport for most of the readers, if it's the shot that reminds us most of our best days, and if it's pretty gorgeous to boot, doesn't that make it photo of the year?

Another way of saying the same thing: Huge cliffs, AK lines, and spinny flippy stuff are impressive, but B reminds me why I'm a skier and makes my muscles tingle.
