I ski alone most of the time both in and out of bounds. Especially out of bounds, I just adjust my decisions more conservatively. In bounds you can get a bunch of skiing in a very short amount of time.
Wow. I just read that. Profound huh?![]()

Schindler, since you're gonna be in SLC, why not just put a shout out? I'm sure people here would ski with you.Unless you'd rather be alone, I can dig that too.
When I ski alone, a lot of the time I make up a new story for each chairlift ride and totally lie to whoever else is on the chair about who I am, etc. It passes the time.

THe problem is that time is short, and there is a lot to do. Right now, I think that on Saturday, I will ski The Canyons until mid-afternoon. Then, I must go into town to buy Xmas essentials. Then Sunday, I will probably head up to LCC for a few turns. I have an evening flight back to the east coast. Then, on Thursday, I will be returning with my family for a couple of weeks. Lots of miles. The good thing is that it will take me over the number of miles needed for the coveted Continental "Elite" status.
