I can stay at a buddy's house near waterville friday night, but I would love to stay near Jay on Saturday and ski both days.
Cash carrying, non-moocher, relaxed, good roomate.

I guess I can always chill in a hotel room, but a house or condo would be way more fun.

Anyone else looking for a place? Thinking about an apartment at the Jay Village Inn. It's 45/per person each night, but we could say there's 6 and squeeze a few more in.

I'm in. Since you're driving, I might be able to drink enough beer to find my pool groove. And if that happens, y'all best watch out.

Also, I have a 2-for-1 coupon that I won't be needing. I'll check for any restrictions when I get home - if it's valid, it's up for grabs for, well, two maggots.

I'll be there from Sunday trough Wednesday.

That apartment at the Jay Village Inn is actually four bedrooms with a kitchen and the grocery store is right downstairs. It should cost $250/nt so if you put ten people in... The Inn also has vouchers for $35 lift tix. I'm staying there so you'll have someone to drink with.

Similar situation here. I'm shooting for 10:30 and Noon at the base of the Flyer on Sunday.

Should be pulling into the lot friday morning for first tram. Skiing friday saturday, gotta drive way back east sunday. Drinking most of the time inbetween. Look for a giant Flaming C on a blue helmet (on white iggies or black moships)

Alright, should be there for Sunday.

Shmer - I'm down for the Inn.

Massliberal, I could be tempted by a Friday night departure.

I have not been paying attention to this thread could we get a recap or a cliff notes version?

So is there any official plan here? or are a bunch of people just going to be screaming "change for a nickel" in the lift lines?

You're talking about the Jay Country Store apartment. The Jay Village Inn is across the street and is hotel/bar.

This sounds pretty sweet. I'm just bummed that I will most likely be working since I do every weekend. If there was a meeting place/time that would be cool to know just in case. You guys should all come party at the Snowshoe in Montgomery. Good bar with bands on the weekend. The Belfry is the best place to eat in town, followed by the J.V.I. Be sure to stop by your friendly neighborhood ski shop for all your shopping needs!

Yup, they are the hotel/bar across the street but they took over (managing anyway) the apt this year. They told me they renovated it last summer too.

Speaking of local ski shops - I'll be there for four days so will definitely be in need of some bench space for waxing at least. I travel with all my own tools so I'm pretty self sufficient but a shop would be nice to have access to. Can this be worked out somehow (like for beer)?

Meeting place? I said it somewhere else but, I'll be at the bottom of the flyer around 10:30 and again at noon on Sunday looking for change.

    8:30 Tramhaus.
    11:30 Tramhaus.

That's what I usually suggest, but I have only had it work once...

    Gravitylover's times work well too.

10:30 at the bottom of the Flyer.
Noon at the bottom of the Flyer.

Mit and I will be there Saturday and will be looking for some apres activity as well. Beer, pool and pizza at the Village Inn is the loose plan.

I also just realized that the coupon I have is only valid mid-week for this time of year .

Sick and ashamed and happy (and report on conditions in the main forum),

my inlaws are in town this weekend, so the apres thing is prolly out for me since I'll be skiing almost the whole time they are here anyway.

    Oh, forgot to mention:

I'll have a pair of Bros (the 188) to pass around to anyone close to a 312mm boot sole. Conditions will warrant them.

Sick and ashamed and happy (and I take this to mean you're Jay bound Saturday, vin?),
