My Kneissl/ Raichle Flexons (grey black one from 2002) have the soft noodle tongue but the boots fit me much better than my Solly Xwave 10s. I know the stiffer tongues (not necessarily the racing one, just one up from the softest) were floating around a couple of years back. They were grey/ black that year (maybe mntlion ?) but can't find any right now. Am looking for either teh racing one or the medium one, whichever I can find.
The tongue should say 7-8.5 as the size printed on the inside. Color doesn't matter, all welcome, I just remember them from my boot's year. Other years have been in every shocking combo possible (lime green !). Just trying to make the boots look a little less Frankenstein .
