FS: New Mtn Hardwear Alchemy Soft Shell, M, Grey

Full disclosure: I bought 2 of these in China this summer. It still has the tags on, is in the original MH plastic wrap and has never been worn. It says size Small, but I think that is Chinese size or something. I'm a pretty normal 5ft 9in medium. and the Cloudveil Medium fits me perfect for sizing reference.

I'm totally digging the jacket. The one I'm keeping (just a different color) kept the Mt Everest wind off, was worn in a pucking Las Lenas storm and kept me completely dry. It is far more wind proof and water resistent than the Cloudveil Serendipity which is why I was almost selling that one. The cuffs are a velcro tab instead of what is pictured on the mtn hardwear site. Otherwise the picture below is the jacket except the one I'm selling is all grey.

New retail is $240. $110 + shipping, OBO

    Comish,

I'll give you $40 since that's probably $10 more than you paid for it in China.

You profit, I score, everybody's happy!

am I barking up the wrong tree?

comish, I don't mean to rain on your happy MHW parade, but I would be leary of a jacket from MHW purchased in China. I was recently speaking with a friend who works in the industry who while in Nepal saw close to 50 stores packed with TNF and MHW clothing, all of which were knockoffs. While I hope for these people to gain a better lifestyle, selling knockoffs doesn't seem worthy of my.

My appologies if I've offended, just spending my $.02.
