Doing pushups, right arm colapsed. Did I pop it out or dislocate it?

Earlier today I was sitting down watching tv, commercial. I got up with my hands, then for some odd reason I decided to do a pushup. On the fifth one my right shoulder like gave out, I went down. And my right shoulder started to hurt. After 20 seconds, the pain was gone. It's fine now. Except when I move a certain way or try to do pushups again. When I do, it just hurts. Then stops after I stop. When I look in the mirror, it looks weird. I don't know if its just me or what. Is there a way to tell if I did something to it? I'm double jointed and I can like swing my arms from my back over my head without it hurting. It sucks. But this is weird. Thanks.

When you pop your should out, you hardly can move it at all and it doesn't feel like a part of your body - you can't control it, very weird feeling. If you pull the arm up by holding the elbow of dislocated shoulder, you should be able to pop it back in.

if you dislocated it, then it reduced itself it could feel like you were describing...maybe it didn't get back in all the way, or something got hung up in there.

I would say re evaluate when the mushrooms wear off.
