I'm tentative for the Feb 24 - 26 dates.....this sounded like a blast last year, and sounds like it could be a lot of fun. Can't commit just yet though.....

in all seriousness, I prefer bidness meetings at less tempting locales. That way you can just honestly drink yourself silly and not think about other extra cirricular's you're missing.

Like some have said, nothing beats putting in days on snow. I get 80-90 per season, but most of the time I'm in my comfort zone. It can only be beneficial to get pushed really hard for 3 straight days and see all my flaws through the lens. Should be a fun time too.

He Gordy, for those of us non-campers in the area who want to meet some camper mags apres, any way we can we contribute to the beer/slide show fund?

    This is killing me...
I'm checking *out* of the Cottonwood Residence Inn on 2/25 after a week long family trip. Any suggestions on how to convince my wife that driving back to the Bay Area by herself with two kids in the back won't be that bad? With all of the money we're spending on anti-terrorism, there have to be some new mind control techniques that just haven't trickled down to the general populace yet. If I could only get my hands on them...

Shit, we've been at war?!? All this time I've been skiing with free-heelers and I didn't have a clue they were trying to kill me...scary shit.

phat - I was the only freeheeler in the first Maggot camp, and I stuck it out with the fast group all 3 days without any probs. I also learned super valuable stuff from all the instructors, 'cause skiing's skiing, and we all have fundamentals common to both tele and alpine we can work on while skiing really hard. You'll have a great time.

If you don't go to Gordy's camp then the terrorists have won.

Yeah, absolutely. That would be great. The more the merrier. I need to figure some stuff out with regards to our base camp for this shindig but that sounds very cool.

As a poor college student I can afford the camp and all, but lodging is going to be pricey. Perhaps I could rent some space on someone's floor? I can pay and/or do chores.
