[QUOTE=freshies]OK, we needed to nuke the old thread, as it had negative vibes: "sad days for Tahoe". Fack that. Winter is back, jack, so let's get to it. Alpine opening Friday, I will be there to ski whats open (Roundhouse maybe??). First of 2 storms hitting today, and the second one looks more powerful....woot woot!

I am up for killing the old thread as well.

While AKA is schralping Kookwood on Thursday, I will be counting inventory. Gaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!! Bastardo!!!!

In fact, that bastard is on his way there now to pick up his pass. He's taking his BC gear, but I'm betting he's too soft to go for a little hike.

since I only wasted an hour of our time today. I'll have to MMS you some pics while I'm skiing Alpine on Fri.

Add wasted an hour at local ski shop and REI to my list of unproductive hours today.

666, thanks for the Alpine stoke.

I was only planning on working m-w this week anyways. But, between the snow, new skis arriving, and getting ready to start the ski lease on Thursday I completely unfocused and unproductive.

Any of you Tahoe mags know who Cindy Berman is? She is a freeskier sponsered by Nordica.

It's 4:15pm and DUMPING in Reno. If it dumps in Reno it means there is a huge amount of snow falling in the mountains.

This weekend Squaw and Alpine open.
    I called Rose...probably this weekend.

I'm off Wed so maybe Borreal will open more slopes.

Yes, but imagine a billion more rocks and much larger airs. In other words, that with about 10 feet less snow. Then you have 666's playground.

Anybody that wants to rock the new stiff demo Bros in Tahoe - if you're coming to Reno, I'll pass them along.

(I can't ski until all the orders are shipped)
