Greydon brings up a good point. All this skier666 stuff has me thinking - Can the boy even railslide?

I want to see a tweaked 7 pic right now!

Tyrone...if the backcountry is open (which I doubt) I'm all for the December lap into West Shore this weekend.

I usually only ski rails....they are the only true aspect of skiing, the pics above are from the one day last year I didn't spend in the park.

cool....I doubt it will be open as well. Greydon reported LOTS of slide activity last weekend....plus we may get a little more snow Friday night.

but I might be up for a lap....we will grab some demo Rossis, (because we love them so much), keep the DIN on the demo bindings extra low for some more exposure, them rip the schit out of it.

Dudes- Sorry for the lack of internet skills, but I'm a telemarketer who listens to records, WTF do you expect from me?

That is an area north of Echo Summit. The area has two bowls, both gnarl, both slid like mofos. In the photo you don't get the entire run out of that slide, it went across the flat then up and over a small hill. The area gives you 2,500 foot of vert, but the approach is a little flat and a bush whack. I'd give it a little time before attempting it on Trekkers. (Weight to reward ratio.)

Viewed from head on that line doesn't look so intimidating but the view from the top hints at a ten-storey ragdoll.

Yeah its pretty deceiving when viewed straight-on. And there's actually two rollovers. Aside from the one at the top...there's another about 2/3 of the way down....it's just above the chocolate chip section where the light changes a little in the big pic. This part has a slightly different aspect from above, the snow usually changes a little here, and it gets a little steeper so you gotta be on your toes.
