So I'm totally new to snowboarding and picked up a used board from someone off the net. It came with a bunch of stickers. I dimly recalled that nail polish remover was good for removing stickers from bicycles so I thought I'd try it on my new board.
Whoops!
Realized afterwards that warm water and soap probably would have done the trick just as well.
Now I've got acetone burns on my deck. Any way to get rid of them or minimize them?

Buy a couple of bottles of clear nail polish and start repainting the board.

You might be able to buff it out with some toothpaste. It's worked for me on some plastic that I've done the same thing to.

No advice on the acetone burns, but sticker removal is generally best accomplished by either a razor blade or Goo Gone.

Heating stickers with a hair dryer softens the glue and makes removal much easier. Finsh, like Arty said, with Goo Gone.
If you have a problem & think that someone else is going to solve it for you then you have two problems.

FYI, toothpaste is the cheap attempt at plastic polish. If you care a lot about the results, buy the real thing.
Also, Citra-Solv works nearly as well as Goo Gone and isn't horribly toxic to you and everything else. I only whip out the Goo Gone when the Citra-Solv fails. This isn't very often.

Also WD-40 works like a charm. (remove) If you spit on the acetone burns and they look better you could use an auto detailing product to cover it up depending on the top sheet material.

Worst case and dedication based..I could wet sand it and apply a coat or three of paint + clear coat couldn't I? Worked for my hockey helmet...

you might have ruined the board.
i'd put some 2 part epoxy over the effected area, to make sure water cannot leak through and its still structurally strong.
hopefully it doesn't snap in 1/2 on you.
