For full-face helmet fogging your goggles - try taking the visor off. It worked for me with my Flint SC. Although my current Flint SC is kind of stinky...

I wore a FF for awhile and would spit into it occasionaly. I would remind myself not to do that but an hour later I'm cleaning hork out of my lid. Ya I know kind of gross. I just ordered the new Protec full face so I need to curb my spitting problem and start swallowing.
Feel free to make appropriate spit/swallow jokes.

Why would I hassle you about your spitting or swallowing, I didn't when it counted. I'm just happy you get out there and do it.

or just tilt it back and spit OUTSIDE the helmet....
