Hello, I just picked up a pair of Fisher GS skis w/the FR17's and I don't see where you can adjust the heelplate or FWD pressure? There's a tongue on the back/rear of the heel piece, but it doesn't seem to release the binding. Thanks for your help

Flip that tongue up, and the binding will slide on the track just like Salomons. That's your heelpiece and forward pressure in one. If it won't budge, make sure the tongue is all the way up (it goes further than you think), and whack it a couple times with something.
Of course, depending on which way you're sliding it, you may be all the way at the end of the adjustment track.OOOOOOOHHHH, I'm the Juggernaut, bitch!

Dunno the Tyrolia name. They are incredibly hard to get thru Fischer -- apparently only the big-shit racers can get then. But yes, non-roller afd, no-diagonal heel either that I know of. The FR17's won't prerelease unless you've got really worn boots. I found this out with my Salomon Promodels last winter.
That's why the new Fischer boots have replaceable soles.
