sledding today reminded me of the nice TR from iski from late december last year.....
just wondering how soon it usually gets snow fun enough to take the sled up and do some laps...

Buff pass is at a low elevation compared to most other areas in Colorado. I wouldn't head up there until at least Mid/late December. Rabbit ears provides some great sled touring as well.
Buff Pass will have more snow by tommorrow than anywhere in the state. Regardless of elevation.

its bike tire deep in rain here right now.....just rode up to lab to find its cancelled....soaked for nuthin...
Who needs to meet with an adivsor to register? Just look at the required courses and plan your own schedule. I didn't mee my advisor until my last semester when I had to fill out graduation paperwork.Originally Posted by MOHSHSIHd

whatever the fuck that means...
guess thats what happens to you when you fuck around, ski too much, get on academic probation, and basically be an all around loser.....when they let you back in they just fuck with you i guess...those are the breaks i suppose..
thats weird. Technically you are supposed to meet with your advisor once per semester. Didn't think it had anything to do with registration though. I did, and it worked out pretty nicely.Originally Posted by MOHSHSIHd

Drive slow, homie.
I was up in Buff yesterday... already a good amount of people sledding, road is still open above Dry Lake but probably will be closing very soon. Dumping all day today, probably dropped another foot or 2 on the pass but still needs a bit more snow to make it worthwhile.
It's snowed 25"+ since last night. Easily.
is there a rec demo fee $$ for the pass this winter? pay to use the sled? heard the forest service changed it up-
