    Dog help

Out bc for my first day of the year-it was awesome BUT my dog stepped between my tails on the way up and got a cut on his leg from one of the edges. It's through the first layer of skin, about a centimeter wide and looks like a flapper you would get from rock climbing. It's not bleeding much but won't shut and scab. He is licking it some which is a nice change from the bath he gives his lipstick every night.

I've never taken a dog skiing before so I've never had to handle this. The guy I was with said you could super glue it shut. This didn't sound like a good idea to me because of infection. Anyone know if this works or any other home help tips? I'm going to call the vet on Monday when they open if it doesn't close or I figure out something to do for it.

    Thanks

i think vets probably best bet. funny, if i hurt myself, "aw fuck it, it'll heal" but when my dog would get hurt, far different story. Best to get it taken care of as well as you can, especially seeing as how your dog isn't going to be trying to hard to keep it clean and all.
I keep a mirror in my pocket and i practice looking hard.
